As the first building in Crossroads Commerce Center, Amazon.com made a $35 million investment expanding the previous Stanley Tools facility to create their western distribution center. At 800,000 sq.ft., Amazon's mega-warehouse/distribution facility distributes over a million different products throughout the nation.

MSC Industrial Direct Co., Inc.
MSC is a Fortune 500 company located at Crossroads Commerce Center which distributes their products nationally. Over 350,000 different items are distributed from their Fernley facility, which will ultimately encompass 1,200,000 sq.ft. upon full build-out. In addition to all the obvious logistics and economic advantages, a key drawing point for MSC to Crossroads Commerce Center was the opportunity to leverage a three-hour time advantage for overnight deliveries to East Coast customers.

Quebecor World Printing
Quebecor's facility in Fernley was the corporate giant's very first Greenfield project. With the acquisition of Color World two years ago, Quebecor became the largest commercial printer in the world. Quebecor has made a $200 million investment at Crossroads Commerce Center, building a 410,000 sq.ft. state-of-the-art printing facility, and still has additional expansion plans for the future.

Sherwin Williams
The most recent addition to Crossroads Commerce Center, Sherwin Williams, is one of the world's leading companies in paint manufacturing. Named by Fortune Magazine on the 2006 list of "The 100 Best Companies to Work For," Sherwin Williams will occupy a 17-acre, 160,000 sq. ft. facility with their highly automated, state-of-the-art water-based latex paint manufacturing plant. The plant at Crossroads Commerce Center will be the first built in the last 30 years and will employ approximately 100 workers.

Trex Co., LLC
Rated by Fortune Magazine as the #1 small business in America in 2000 and again in 2001, Trex has invested $90 million to date in buildings and equipment at Crossroads Commerce Center which include a 261,000 sq.ft. manufacturing building, an 115,000 sq.ft. warehouse/distribution center and a 400,000 sq.ft. outdoor warehouse. Future expansions of the Trex facility in Fernley are also highly likely.

UPS Worldwide Logistics, Inc./Honeywell
This Fortune 500 Company distributes to 15 western states from its 256,000 sq. ft. facility at Crossroads Commerce Center. UPS also has a long-standing agreement with Wade Development Company to potentially develop a 230-acre campus for their additional fortune 100 clients which could contain more than 3,500,000 sq.ft. of warehouse and distribution space.
